2. General Refund Policy
2.1 Custom Development Services
Due to the customized nature of our services, including: Custom software and application development, AI and Machine Learning model integration, Cloud infrastructure setup and deployment, Business Intelligence dashboards, Data governance implementation, Refunds are generally not available once work has commenced, as resources, time, and expertise have been allocated to your specific project.
2.2 Initial Consultation
Initial consultations and discovery calls are provided at no charge. There is no refund required as no payment is collected for these services.
3. Deposits and Advance Payments
3.1 Project Deposits
Many projects require an upfront deposit or initial payment to secure resources and begin work. These deposits are: Non-refundable once the project kickoff has occurred and work has begun, Used to cover initial planning, resource allocation, and project setup, Typically range from 25-50% of the total project cost
3.2 Milestone-Based Payments
For projects structured with milestone-based payments: Payments are due upon completion and approval of each milestone, Once a milestone is completed and payment is received, that portion is non-refundable, If you wish to cancel the project, you are responsible for payment of all completed milestones
4. Subscription and Ongoing Services
4.1 Monthly IT Support and Maintenance
For ongoing services such as:24/7 system monitoring, Monthly maintenance, Recurring support services, Our policies are: Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance and are non-refundable, You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no prorated refunds will be issued for the current billing period, Services will continue through the end of the paid billing period, No refunds are provided for unused services within a billing period
4.2 Cancellation Notice To cancel ongoing services, you must provide written notice at least 15 days before your next billing date. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
5. Workshop and Training Programs
5.1 Workshop Registration Fee Workshop registration fees are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances, including but not limited to: Whether the candidate attends the workshop or not, Partial attendance of the workshop, Dissatisfaction with workshop content, Personal emergencies or schedule conflicts, Technical issues on the participant's end
5.2 Workshop Terms and Conditions By registering for any workshop or training program, participants agree to: Abide by all workshop terms and conditions as provided during registration, Maintain confidentiality of all workshop materials and content, Not record, reproduce, or distribute workshop materials without explicit written permission, Respect intellectual property rights of Krivara Technologies, Participate professionally and respectfully
5.3 Workshop Data Confidentiality Workshop participant data and information will not be shared with any third party. This includes: Registration information and contact details, Attendance records, Participation and performance data, Questions, discussions, and interactions during the workshop, Any personal information shared during training sessions, Participant information is used solely for: Workshop administration and coordination, Providing workshop materials and certificates, Follow-up support related to the specific workshop, Internal record-keeping as required by law
5.4 Workshop Cancellation by Krivara If Krivara cancels or reschedules a workshop due to unforeseen circumstances: Participants will be offered the option to attend a rescheduled session If rescheduling is not acceptable, a full refund will be provided, Notification will be provided as early as possible
5.5 Workshop Material Access Paid workshop participants will receive: Access to workshop materials for personal use only, Certificate of completion (if applicable and upon meeting attendance requirements), Limited post-workshop support as specified in the workshop terms, Materials remain the intellectual property of Krivara Technologies and may not be shared, reproduced, or distributed.
6. Exceptions and Special Circumstances
6.1 Service Not Delivered If we fail to deliver services as outlined in the signed Statement of Work or Service Agreement due to our inability to perform, you may be eligible for a refund of payments made for undelivered services.
6.2 Mutual Agreement In exceptional circumstances, refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis through mutual written agreement between Krivara and the client.
6.3 Defective Deliverables If deliverables have critical defects that we cannot resolve within a reasonable timeframe despite good faith efforts: We will work diligently to correct issues at no additional charge, If we cannot resolve the defects, a partial refund may be considered for the affected deliverable, Refund eligibility is determined based on the severity of the defect and the percentage of the project affected
7. Client-Initiated Cancellations
7.1 Before Work BeginsIf you cancel a project after signing a contract but before work has commenced:Deposits may be refundable minus a cancellation fee of 15% or as specified in the service agreementThis covers administrative costs and opportunity costs of reserving resources
7.2 After Work BeginsIf you cancel a project after work has commenced:All deposits and payments for work completed are non-refundableYou will be invoiced for any additional work performed but not yet paidPartial deliverables will be provided for completed work where applicable
7.3 Project Scope ChangesChanges to project scope that reduce the overall project cost will not result in refunds of deposits already paid. Adjusted pricing will apply only to remaining work.

9. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
9.1 Communication First Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback with your payment provider, we strongly encourage you to contact us directly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
9.2 Chargeback Consequences If you initiate a chargeback without prior communication: We reserve the right to suspend all services immediately, Access to deliverables, code repositories, and cloud infrastructure may be revoked, We may pursue legal action under Indian law to recover payment for services rendered, Chargeback fees will be added to any outstanding balance
10. Third-Party Services and Licenses
10.1 External Costs Costs for third-party services, including: Cloud hosting fees (AWS, Azure, GCP)Third-party software licenses, API subscriptions, Domain registration and SSL certificates, Payment gateway charges, These costs are non-refundable as they are paid directly to third-party providers on your behalf or incurred as part of service delivery.
10.2 Client Responsibility You are responsible for any third-party services you contract directly. Krivara is not liable for refunds or disputes related to external providers.
11. Quality Guarantee
While refunds are limited, we stand behind the quality of our work: We will address bugs and issues in deliverables during the agreed warranty period, We provide reasonable revisions within project scope at no additional charge, We maintain professional standards and industry best practices, Client feedback is incorporated throughout the development process, Workshop content is carefully designed to provide value and practical knowledge

When a refund is approved: Refunds will be processed within 14-30 business days Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in Indian Rupees (INR)Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider and bank, You will receive confirmation once the refund has been processed, Applicable bank charges or payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund amount
13. Taxes and Fees
All refunds are subject to applicable Indian tax laws, GST or other taxes paid will be refunded as per Indian tax regulations, Transaction fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable
14. Modifications to This Policy
